Book your car in at the shop
We schedule by phone, so you get a real answer about timing rather than a form that disappears into an inbox. Two minutes on the call usually saves a day of back-and-forth.
Have these four things ready
None of this is mandatory — but having it to hand is the difference between an estimate over the phone and “bring it in and we will see.”
Year, make, model, engine
On a European car the engine variant matters — parts, fluids and service intervals often differ between two cars that look identical.
What it does, and when
Cold or warm? Braking, turning, accelerating? Every time or occasionally? “It makes a noise” is a starting point; the details are the diagnosis.
Recent work on the car
If something was replaced recently, say so. A fault that appeared right after a repair usually has a lot to do with that repair.
Whether it is drivable
Safe to drive in, or does it need to come on a truck? Knowing up front lets us plan the bay space properly.
We run a four-day week
The shop is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 5:30pm, and closed Friday through Sunday. That is four working days a week, so the schedule fills faster than a five- or six-day shop’s does.
Two practical consequences: call early in the week if you have flexibility, and if something breaks on a Friday, leave a message — we will pick it up Monday morning.
Let’s get it booked
One call and we will tell you what it will take and when we can fit you in.
